This is a lighter version of traditional lasagna. I use ground turkey instead of beef and/or sausage. It offers a healthier option without losing any of the flavor! It's a hit.

This is my take on a delicious alternative to "turkey and dressing." A tender chicken breast is stuffed with an herby stuffing that is of the charts delicious. The stuffing has dried cherries and toasted pecan added. They can be left out if you prefer.

My copycat recipe for the chicken salad that HEB sells. It is full of cranberries, toasted pecans, and tossed with a tangy, mayonnaise dressing. It can be served as a salad plate or as a sandwich using croissant rolls.
